problems with Kick Off event quest

i opened and played and compleated the Practice adventure but the Kick of event quest is not showing that i have opened it not usre how to fix this problem hoping you can help

ok it is fixed not -- that leaves behind -- it wasnt me because i finised it -- and -- finish the practice game well because i finished it and i had to make the other buffs to finish it so if you could fix that also i would be set i think thanks

i am making a tackle and a corner kick because i will need them latter anyway

also finished the practice game and the quest is "stuck", won't respond....

just start any adventure. that will complete the 'kick off' quest

ok the kick of has finished but now its not letting the " win the practice game " finish am i going to be behind the hole time having it miss the next and the next and so on can anyone get it caught up for me that works for the settlers that would be great if possible

my event collectibles haven't started yet. grrr.

I am also having a problem with the kick off quest, I started the practice game but it has not given me the rewards.

This thing is screwed up. So far I have had only one collectible quest with event things. My door won't open to give me the first real soccer game. My guild mate has had 3 collectible with event stuf. I have sent in a ticket to support, but it is the weekend and I don't think they are there to handle them.
