Nine Hours

After only nine hours of the event being started, door 2 has been locked and door 3 available. Door 2 now needs to be opened with Gems. This is probably more stupidity on BB's part than a bug but wasn't sure where to post. I also noticed that lower levels need resources that are unavailable for them to make (they are level dependant) to produce the red card....That is either a bug or more stupidity on BB's part.

1. The players who missed door 2 in the small 9 hour time frame need to be reimbursed
2. Lower level players (who are struggling for everything) need to be given the resources they cannot make because of the level they are on.

I'm not a lower level player, just think it is grossly unfair

Is red card even technically necessary? On the first adventure, I have a choice between that and something else. Of course, having the option makes it easier to avoid running out of collectibles. Still, it's a tradeable resource, albeit an expensive one (but not too much seems to be needed). I have been playing for a while but was not able to make it until I think last month because I did not want to bother building the papermill.

The door thing is definitely a poorly thought oversight, though. It's a pretty limited window of opportunity to be able to open the first doors. Anyone working during the day could easily miss it even if they login every day.

I am opening a support ticket. Except during the downtime leading up to the rollback, I have logged in every day for over two years... I tried to log in this morning before work but the game was still down. Fourteen hours later I have to pay 20 gems to open a stupid event door?

Not my fault the script couldn't be installed the first day. If I don't get 20 stupid gems, I may finally have my "last straw" even though those gems really aren't worth much in the grand scheme of things and I really enjoy 95% of the game.

Each door will be available during certain time frames, you need to log in during those times to be able to access that door.

However if you are encountering an issue where the door is not available during the time period it should be available please contact support at the link below with information about the incident.
