Over they past few weeks we have not been getting our guild quest. Even after the many maintenance we are not getting them. We have no unfinished quest or waiting quest. The support tickets we have sent have not resulted in a satisfactory response. Have any other guilds been having this quest problem? Or have any solutions to this problem?

This is driving me bananas as well! Just happened to my guild soon after a reset so it looks like no quests for us again for nearly two weeks while we wait for another reset. The glitch always seems to happen after a quest gets cancelled. Sometimes it just affects the "waiting quest" and other times, no quest at all. Still around from time to time.
In the past, Customer Service is not able to manually reset the guild quests, and has to wait for a system wide guild quest reset. These normally occur every 2 weeks with the scheduled maintenance. If you wish additional information from other players, then additional information is needed. If you feel comfortable doing so in the open forum, please post the name of the guild, the server, and the number of active and inactive players.
