[Ares]Weekly User Trivia Event - Week 4 - Announcement[Important Read]

Hello there fellow Settlers,

Well it's been a blast so far hosting the Trivia Event every week. The interest of people at start seemed to be slow and noone bothered to get out of their way to see what was going on on Global-2 channel every Saturday. The project started a bit rocky with bad organization wrong times, difficulties in sending resources to winners, unclear rules.

The dust has settled though and it seems like people are starting to embrace the idea and are having a blast. What I came to realize is that activities like these bring you closer to other people in the game. I knew this game had a family like environment but never expected it to be to the extent I came to live the past few 6 weeks. Everyone is willing to go out of their way to help each other when they see you will do so to them. Trust is not an issue in this game and most of the people have pretty high standards when it comes to what they value.

The first positive signs for the Trivia came this week. A greater amount participated this week, and I even got a few interesting messages about people wanting to help spread the joy and fun. This week I got a few special things to announce about the event.

• 1. Week 4 Means Special Rewards!
  
  This week I will be hosting the 4th Trivia event of the month and what does that mean? Aside from the regular 2k wheat/2k copper we will be handing out
  10k bronze swords and 10k iron ore. Now how will you be able to possibly win those prizes?
  
  So far each time you got into the winners list for each question you'd get 1 point. But, I had a few thoughts over that. What If I joined the Trivia events late? What If I joined the game on the 3rd week of the month? Should I not be eligible to win? What about the every week players who joined? Is it fair for them to not win and have a new comer to the event win? I believe everyone should have a chance to having fun and joy and those who were participating every week should have a higher chance to win. In order to fullfill the previous I decided to do the following :
  
  I'll be holding an extra Trivia, aside from the Regular Trivia of this week.
  
  Rules :
  
  • Regular Rules of the Trivia apply (read the following link for the rules : Ares Trivia Thread )
  • Each answer will not be rewarded with the regular 2k wheat/2k copper reward.
  • Each answer will take 1.5 points instead of 1 point towards the standings for the reward of the 10k bronze sword/10k iron ore reward.
    
• 2. Week 4 Means Special Guest Hostess!
  
  I have been wanting, for a while, a new host to be around for more laughs jokes, ideas and generally a partner to host events! (If you see mosts hosts on big TV shows have a co-host! Lots of chemistry between them usually making the show fun!).
  
  This week's big event with be co-Hosted by Deandra! Get your fancy hats on and greet our new hostess! She'll be taking the lead role and bringing some salt and Pepper to my dull and boring hosting!
  
  
• 3. Week 4 Means Special Early Topic Announcement!
  
  This week's Part 1 Trivia Topic will be Indiana Jones! Put on your Adventuring T-shirts and get ready for some real fun. We are announcing early the first part so you can do some research. After all, Part's 2 30 questions of unknown topic will be harsh. We'll be giving you some time to do your homework ( For the studious people. Everyone else can just try and copy paste the first one posting and then fail if he was wrong xD, 5 second chat delay is strong...)
