Was a thread for this but guess it got locked, tried all the suggestions and contacted support but no response yet...hoping someone might see this and get a fix in on my island so I dont miss out on event thx in advance, hope it gets a fix

Your not the only one affected I am locked out also and no response other then the standard auto we got your complaint and are working on it. Happened at 1100 am pst for me good luck to you
