BB doesn't support blocking, but for now you can just attack the leaders directly.
It is not blocking. I sent a army to attack the White Castle without attacking the fortified towers by it. Normally the fortified towers need to be cleared or attacked before attacking the White Castle, but right now the army just marches right by them and attacks the White Castle. Saves some time, but it should be a bug of some sort. Plus in the sector above it, I lost some cavalry thinking that the watchtowers would defend the leader camps.
