Issue with "coal for the king" mission

I have the 5 coal in my storehouse, and in mission view it is green, but I can't figure out how to transfer the coal to the king.

The most common reason for a quest not to be able to be completed is that it is a waiting quest. This happens with guild or daily quests when there is one before it that has not been completed. You can't pay the resources until the quest becomes active.

Another reason I have seen is that the 'pay resource' button that should be at the bottom of the screen falls below the lower border and is not visible. Even if you can't complete the quest, there should be a red 'x' button on the bottom to close the window. If you can't see that, you need to change your screen and browser setup to make sure you can see the bottom of the window.
