[Suggestion] More home island space / higher level buildings

I'd like to suggest more home island space...
Can you please change the home island to allow a 4x4 sector square, making a total of 16 sectors on the home island?
the 3x3 sector square space for buildings is slightly cramped for some people!
Also, can you please allow us to upgrade buildings to at least Lv 7...?

They have plenty of 'ocean' around the island to expand.
That space is useless as it stands.
