My colleague from support told me it was a known issue, it has already been reported by some players and the developers are working on it.
Please be patient, I will update you as soon as I have news.

I have been unable to log in since Sunday, August 17th. Game is stuck on "Loading Map" screen. I hope we/I will be compensated for lost Premium Time whenever the Devs figure out where the typo is located in the coding....
