Population Drop-down Panel Missing

After searching the Bug area diligently, I haven't seen this posted, so I'm going to mention it.

When I mouse over my population icon at the top of the screen, the drop-down window showing my population and military--assigned and unassigned--is not there. I have spoken with several guild-mates, and they are all having the same problem. Two have had theirs start working again, but the rest are currently without this window, too.

I'm guessing this is a bug, because there has been nothing said anywhere about removing this panel.

I have that problem from time to time and a refresh fixes it. When that happens, all the other pop-ups are affected as well (ie hovering over a general wont show what troops are assisgn)

I am having the problem (again). Stopped working one day, and was fine the next. It was working fine this morning, but shut game down for a bit, came back and not working now. This is the only pop-up affected for me, others are fine. Refresh not fixing problem, nor is clearing cache, etc.

I had that problem for months, and then suddenly it was fixed. I didn't do anything (clearing cache, changing browsers, changing computers), and support never told me they had resolved my ticket so I have no clue how it got fixed.
