noble res bought in trade office used a building license
I purchased two noble res from the trade office. I put both up. One used a building license and the other did not. I thought it might have glitched so i looked at what would happen if I tore them down again. When I hovered over one, it showed if torn down it would return to my star menu. The other was like it was one i put up regular. I thought that any noble res purchased through trade would not take up a building license. What happened?
