It's been 2.5 days. I get as far as the patch notes/tip of the day/loading map screen.
Other players cannot visit my island. I have access to 4 computers, and my wife can log into her account on all 4, I cannot on any of them.
Pretty sure it's the same as the zone error that used to happen when moving buildings, as that is what I was doing when it first froze up on me.
Other than the instant "we'll get back to you" email, I've had no response from the ticket I sent.
It is the weekend. You will not get answer from support until at least Monday. They are very buzy.
If something can go wrong, it will.

Having the same issue Sunday morning, 10-Aug-2014....seeing Tips change but island won't load since this morning.
same problem. just says map loading...
I've done everything suggested and nothing. I started a new account in another realm and no problems. Could it be a problem with Zeus?
