Terrible bug - impossible to decorate

Hello, I want to report terrible bug in the game. I spent couple of hours adjusting flowers in my garden (if you just put flowers on the map they do not arrange into straight rows). And just few hours later game reset positioning, so now flowers are all around, they on the road, they collide with each other etc. Is it somehow possible to fix this bug? It is impossible to use decorations. I asked in the game chat, and it is not only me who had this problem.

By the way, your captcha on your web-site doesn't work. When I tried to write message to support team, it required captcha. But the field is EMPTY!!! I pressed button "sound" AND THERE IS NO SOUND. Only if you log in first you can send a message to support because then it doesn't ask captcha.

if i remember correctly, zooming in or out on your island will correct this and put them back to where u left them.

and its always best to send tickets while signed in, so you know you've used the correct email address connected to your account.
