Sure it is. Many of us have done so. I did not get my Vet's until after my isle was clear. Just wino's and BHG's.

I am sure Veterans would make it much easier.

lol that would be just freaking awesome. Changes go life and new players are unable to clear their islands with the resources they have. Worth epic award of the game design:P

I cleared my island with 2 reg generals. it is a challenge but it can be done.
Take your time and watch battle replays, they will tell you what is effective in attacking camps.

If you avoid the urge to click the "complete" on the five and a half million quests, then you can prevent yourself from getting to level 50.

I have had quite a few guildies do it with 2 reg. generals. Keep going
