Jeez you guys have it all wrong it is the Renaissance Fair to celebrate the 3rd anniversary of Settlers Online where you can go and do games for prizes the easy ones of course give resources and or buffs but the hard games reward gems (mind you not enough to be useful think like 1 to 5 lol but gems none the less)

I sincerely hope it is not pvp stuff, that will force me to find a new game to play.
With the addition of medipacks to the merchant it's obviously pvp.

I don't think this game would ever be built on a PVP style. But I think It will try. But if they do so be it let those that want to go do it do it. So im guessing yea it will be PVP But it will be guilds breaking up so they can battle each other. Some guilds have built some of the players that have everything 80% of the people don't have so you cant compete .
They will break up and have to battle each other because no one else is.

I'd say its defensive elements to protect settlements with. Hopefully what its protecting will be worth having.
Looks like it is PvP related. Since the tower at the bottom could be neutral and the tower at the top looks like a player captured it.
