    New balance game play

You just log in the TSO. Grabbing your morning coffee and checking the trades on TO. Here comes the fun of the game:

Send fast geos to find depleted Iron mines. While they are out you setting your trades for coal and tools in copper from your Endless Copper Mine. Sip of coffee. Sending scouts on their way and regular geos to find new marble depos.

Fast geos found iron (yey). Re-sending them again while building iron mines. Sending more regular geos for more marble depos. Checking trades for coal and hardwood/longbows. Upgrading first iron mines and looking for more coal on TO

2nd wave of geos came back with new iron mines. 3rd wave is otw while you building 2nd raw of iron mines and spamming TO for ... well you know it - coal and longbows/hardwood.

3rd wave of geos are back. Now you can send the one for gold depo and build the rest of iron mines, upgrade them while...spamming more for coal/LB/hardwood.

Your tools levels are getting low after building and upgrading all those iron mines. Posting trades on TO and spamming guild for dropping baskets on your fresh iron mines and iron/steel smelts while... spamming more for coal...

You fire up your cannon/xb/damasc sw chain after you got it all buffed 3x with a guildie on prem (rare find). You sit down and make quick calculations how many weapons will this buff add to your SH and how many troops will you be able to make with them...Meantime still keeping your eye out on coal and lurking in trade for some Steel and Iron swords deals.

You tell your guild leader to shove it after she/he asked you to do the guild quest (experience 2 adventures) because you are in a long week preparation making troops to do epic adventure and you have no time or troops to waste. As you type your arguments in guild chat and whispers you keep switching to trade lurking for ... well coal and weapons deals.

Your guildie whispers you about possible Loot Spot swap on the epic adventure he/she is going to do. You made appointments in your calendars. You are getting excited because in 2 days you get extra loot and in 4 you will be able to start yours. Meanwhile someone on TO posted coal trades lower than your offers. Pissed off you have to drop them down and re-post them.

You are checking your production board and Store House calculating how much resources you have and will need while quietly preying to the loot gods for granite or titanium and not salt. Meanwhile spamming trade for more coal...

Its already way pass launch time. You are leaving the chores of the game dreaming about Sunday. The day you will do your own adventure (If your coal trades get filled of course...)

Sounds about right. The first 2-3 months the stockpile of weapons older players have will allow them to run 1-3 adventures a day, but after those are depleted... this is gonna be pretty much the game play.

Lol at the spamming for coal. I think this is gonna be the worst choke point of the game as iron/steel production is a coal monster compared to bronze. People don't realize it because most only have 1-2 iron/steel smelter and 1-2 iron/steel sword makers. You add couple more of those and you better have a large dock ready for a huge ship parking there and unloading all that coal you will choke up daily. O wait.. this game has no docks. Or ships...

More geos? 16 iron mines on the island. You're gonna need most of them running all the time in order to produce weapons with any efficiency. I think most players when forced to make Iron and Steel swords will end up with something like this:
    2 Steel swords maker
    2-3 steel smelts
    2-4 Iron swords makers
    6-8 iron smelts

Upgraded to lev 5 this will need at least 10 iron mines buffed at all time at lev 3 and an ocean of coal to feed this. Having 1 Iron sword maker will allow you to do about 1-2 adventures a week. Regular not the epic ones. This game will be all about managing resources, waiting for production and training troops and doing an adventure once in a while... Sad turn.
