    Is there a BB post about the new direction that anyone can point me to?

    Still seems like overcomplicating things. Why nerf the rest of the loot? No one ever suggested that people are imbalancing the game by earning too much granite, wood, or whatever. Just take out weapons, bring weapon-less loot live tomorrow, and see how the economy sorts things out. You can always tweak more later if you fear people are simply winning too large a supply of fish deposits.

    Muddymutt, that would be logical, common sense approach. That is not the case at BB office You see they wanted to nerf us on adventures, had to abort it or they would have empty servers. But there is this unused nerf bat that was being polished, prepared for such a huge swings.. and nothing

    Wouldn't you be pissed off if you worked on something for 6 moths just to find out that you have to trow it down to the toilet because "few" dummy players don't share your "epic" vision of a transformed game? The days of preparation, production, calculations needed to do an adventure, that was a brilliant idea! Now the nerfers feel the need to justify their wasted time on the useless project. So here we go swing this nerf bat bay, swing it hard! Let the rage condensed in you to punk those loot numbers down!

    Sarcasm off, removing loot form adventures and making epic ones harder so we have to waste M,S, LB and ES/Xbows to do them is plenty. I have never seen market over saturated with granite, titanium or exo wood... Is this a problem on any server? BB doesn't understand the simple fact. The 50ies doing 2-4 RB's a day are the only reason the prices of epic loot are still in check with all the other players needing so much of that loot to properly function. If there wasn't a demand for it and stuff would pile up in SH with no buyers, no one would do them.

    Most players see removing weapons from loot already a nerf (especially from epic adventures). I have recently started upgrading the advance weapons chain and let me tell you... Those 120k of granite needed to do this looks much better on paper. It is a heroic freaking effort to get it. ONLY to make weapons I will use anyway and not sale (only have 1 of each build). Again, coders who don't play the game have no idea how "easy" it is to get all that granite for upgrades ONLY.

    So they are letting go of changing all advies probably to about 35-37 lev. Everything up will be changed (including Outlaws, BK, SE, RB DB and of course FT). And they are also nerfing the loot on all advies.

    Still lots of room to fubar things. Example: proposed loot drops to IOTP. I also want to see their idea of "Adjusting" production time and cost of advance weapons and units.

    Makes me think about Nords... Currently if they are shifted into "changed adventure" you will have to give up the loot to get xp (last leader requires multiple sacs to clear - just not worth it). Than again, if they nerf the loot in it as well, might not be worth at all, just xp for killing camps that are easier to do..

    Nerfing loot has its own issue too. What if most adventures will just not be worth doing (in players judgement) for the resource/time cost of doing them? Will players still find the game appealing if the cornerstone of it looses its value?

    On zeus granite is pushing 6-7c per already. GoGo BB swing that nerf axe!

    There isn't a single adventure worth doing at 1/4th loot, not even the easy XP ones.

    Lol I jumped the gun too soon Apparently after "reviewing" the proposed changes BB increased even more dmg on FT enemies, left splash dmg on all and REMOVED splash dmg from our units (making them even less effective). I love reading the test server:P
