Buccaneer Round Up Landing area

So i have seen this issue multiple times now. I land with 2 MMA and 1 major general. They land fine but there is not enough room for my quartermaster. Again that is ok as it unloads the troops. I move my 3 other gens from the landing area.

However once the landing area is clear i can not place my quartermaster anywhere. This means that my troops have no transport back.

Given this is a possible adventure to drop pumpkins this is really annoying

I should also mention that the entire map locked up so that it could not be moved and all motion such as generals or animals moving around also stopped when i chose the quartermaster from the star menu. Obvious something is wrong here.
