How to easy fix the BB "issues" instead of combat balance
1. Remove weapons form all adventures loot. This has to be complemented with adjustments to unit production (1hr cycle is just no acceptable) and resource/chains feeding the weapon makers. Specifically the amount of coal and wood. Longbows cost is just idiotic now. Did you mean 30 pine and 30 hardwood for a cycle at lev 1 or at lev5? According to your numbers now I will need 12-15 wood cutters just to feed 1(ONE!) longbow maker. Seriously?
2. Leave rest of the loot on adventures unchanged. Removing weapons alone is putting extra pressure and need of resources to make weapons. Upgrading the advance weapons makers is such a colossal task itself (124k granite for a whole chain). If the loot flow is too fast into player storehouses (from BB perspective) then:
3. Make Outlaws a bit easier to do as the new resource "farm" adventure for lev 50ies. It is a single player so the loot flow is going to be reduced by 2/3rds just because there will be no Loot spots to sell.
4. Don't make your most expensive general (Martial Art) even with BHG. MA is a way for players who don't have major yet to do content easier and faster and less expensive. It is not a picnic to get 10k stalks for major, lots of 50ies don't have it. MA is valued because it is a troop saver. There are few very easy solutions to this problem proposed by testers on how to keep MA valuable even with the new changes. Don't slap all who bought it in the face by making it on par with BHG.
4. Adjust enemies on all epic adventures to make them harder and more expensive to do. Don't go over your heads with this as you did already on FT (some camps are just way to hard). If you don't want to change to much in dmg -shift the composition of troops in them so they are not sacking our troops like an endless sink hole.
5. Ask players what would they accept as a cost-reward ration (perhaps as a poll) because your proposed changes are so far away from what we deem acceptable it is not even funny. You are loosing respect by proposing something so out of reality, and then wonder why players are upset or don't treat you seriously anymore. I.e: proposed push for iron swords and iron/steel production CAN"T be sustained by the island YOU designed. We know it, and (designers) you don't?
6. Lag is becoming a horrid issues in the game. First we had chat problems now we have block problems (more and more people are complaining about failed blocks simply because of server lag) and trade lag (when you open chat all you get is endlessly spinning hourglass). How about putting some effort in this? Or perhaps even some money? (upgrades to rusty servers)
You have stopped communicating with player community (Announcements are not communication) and now you are getting the results of your own actions. Players were asking in numerous posts, giving you plenty of ideas on future development they would enjoy. Instead you took a swing nerf axe and almost killed your own game. Your proposed changes to combat were a huge surprise.
It could have been much more elegant to warn players about this a bit in advance - especially those who dropped countless hours of their work to create guides and combat sims that you made obsolete in 1 day. It is very disrespectful to those who made your game much more appealing and by making it easier to grind brought you MORE customers over the years with their hard work which you didn't even reward. Your game strives because of game guides, blocks, sims and maps created by players in their own time. They could have gone play something else, instead they made a way for more players to enjoy your game. I am afraid the wounds you inflicted with your actions will need more than your current attitude to heal BB.

I hate to see another game kill itself with bad ideas from management that don't even play the game. After only a little over one month of playing I find this game dieing fast!!! The lack of reply's to customers concerns is a good example for how much you respect us. Remember without players you do not have a game and or a job! I also know a lot of players that have stopped buying gems as a result of the planned changes and lag in the game. Wake up and listen to your customers.
