Hello. I am unable to move forward in the quests. It shows I need to complete the provision house quest, but I already have a provision house. it wont let me build another and it doesn't indicate that I have built it. What else do I have to do? Cant move on. Help!
Refresh. Red tab under your avatar, upper left.
If something can go wrong, it will.
Refresh usually does fix things where the game has not registered something you have done already. In general though, when doing the initial quests, only do the things they ask for.

...and if you want quicker answers, ask in the Help chat...there are typically people monitoring that tab to help new users.
