Every other month I can't get on. It goes from Initializing to loading map. It skips the login Que 1 of 1. I'm guessing it basically is skipping the part where it connects from me to BB. Should be a simple thing to fix, but BB can't seem to figure it out. I usually have to just wait until the weekly maintenance and that ends up fixing it on Tuesdays. Are there any tech people out there that can help BB out so this doesn't happen in the future? Thank you, Phoenix68.
did you ever try logging with with a vpn during those times? at times the issue is with my isp [affecting more than ust tso] and works using vpn
Are you messing with me? If not, I'm not a tech guy. I really don't know what your saying. Can you explain it to me (yes I'm a moron) in terms I might understand? I just have been told to restart, clear history, and cache. Tried those things, nothing happening.
Hey phoenix68. Can you visit other sites during those times? Have you tried using another web browser like google chrome? The support staff is your best bet in terms of helping you with the game's technical issues. Please file a support ticket if you haven't already done so.

Try using vpnbrowse.com next time around and see if that helps or not...not a permanent solution mind you, but enough for testing it.
A vpn is basically "surfing from somewhere else" and thus be able to overcome blocked sites, privacy and so forth.
i am having the same problem but it is not with my pc or browser because my daughter can still play hers but when she trys to visit my map it will not let her so it has to be a problem on the server

Thank you everyone for the help. I've tried different browsers, different computers, different locations. This seems to happen to me at least once every two months. I have sent in tickets, and emailed several other ways. I usually get very little help, or no response at all. When this happens, I can't log on, and after the Tuesday maintenance it miraculously works. I know it definitely has something to do with BB's program. I've tried everything from being rude, to being kind and pretty much nothing happens until Tuesday maintenance. Just have to wait until Tuesday.

It sucks majorly this has happened. Happened to me. No explanation, it worked after a maintaince all of a sudden. Sometimes they'll compensate you, sometimes they won't.
