This is a pure gut feeling not backed up by any numbers, but I could swear last year I had pumpkins spawning everyday on my island. I remember not having a pumpkin spawn on first day and my guildies telling me to relax cause tomorrow they will spawn. And they did. I am sure there wasn't ton of them every day but I am sure I had at least 1-3 spawns a day.
This year is very different, there were days when I hadn't seen any pumpkins spawn on my island. They are much rare now compared to last year. I understand we have 3 and 4x buffs and adventure opportunities to drop as loot. Still, it is hard to argue. Pumpkin spawns this year were really rare.
no last year a LOT more pumpkins spawned. this event with the 2 gems sales seemed like a money grab
same here, little to no pumpkin spawning. sad... and dont get me started on the use of iron and titanium to kill the golem, at least with iron we can mine that, titanium!! really
also, i have completed 4 FT quests, and no pumpkins there, spawned or loot.
