Idle Leader - when does transfer to new leader happen

We have a leader who has be AWOL for a while, I have built a guild house, how long be the leader rank transfers to me?

i think it was 2 weeks of inactivity the an e-mial is sent to the next in line

not sure if it keeps going like that but the next player has to decline it for it to keep moving
