Unable to log in
Every time I try to log in I get a pop up saying "Error A general error has occurred. Please refresh the page and try again"
Refreshing the page does not work. I have tried deleting cookies/cashe and it still wont let me log in. I have attempted to use different browsers without success. What do I try next?

Working with customer service on this without success so far.
Still unable to play game.
Things I have tried.
1) clear cookies/cash...ineffective
2) attempt login different browsers (IE, chrome, firefox)... ineffective
3) flush dns... ineffective
4) web browser...current version
5) adobe flash... current version
6) cleared flash cache...ineffective
Also note that while I can log in under my player name on zeus server, everytime I hit play I get the error message.
However I can login and play the game on the ares server and the test server with no problems.
Only my main account on zeus is effected.
If anyone has any ideas on how to fix this please let me know.

Sorry to tell you this but they won't do anything. You just have to wait until they do weekly maintenance next Tuesday.

I'm still working with customer support but no success so far. The latest attempt to update shockwave plug-in didn't work. Still unable to play the game.

I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUES. It keeps telling me that it can't load a data file and that I need to delete cache, which I did. Still can't get on line and play without this problem. Went thru all the steps listed by other players. Still didn't correct the problem.

As I understand it this is what happened:
1) I purchased $50 in gems
2) After a couple of days I noticed that I had been double billed for my purchase. $50 twice.
3) I contacted customer service to report the double billing and requested the second billing be refunded.
4) My account was locked out due to my dispute.
5) After one week and multiple e-mails my account was restored.
So for those of you suffering similar problems this error message appears when BB has locked or banned your account. You might try having your customer support contact check for this before you keep trying to see if the problem is on your side.
Sadly I lost a weeks worth of play time, Hundreds of pumpkins, and a couple of hours of premium time. None of which I can get back for a problem that was not my fault.
I hope you guys have better luck.

I am having the same problem. It has been close to a week. It has happened to me before, and its always during a load test.
