Account problem: 'Server Zone Crashed' (NOT browser or cache related)

I was playing along just fine, lag not much worse than normal, and all of a sudden, I get this message pop up: "Server Zone Crashed. An error was detected on this zone. Please try again" No matter what I try, I get the same message after I go thru the initial load..
I have refreshed, cleared cache, rebooted my machine, all to no avail. No matter what I try, I get the same message after I go thru the initial load after logging on..

I can log on just fine to Test, but not to Zeus. I asked a friend to try to log in as me, and she got the same error, but she can get around on hers just fine, so this is an 'account' issue, not a machine or browser issue.

Not only am I going to loose all my mines, etc., but I've been working since the first day of accomplishments on the 1-year logging in every day accomplishment; that's gonna be down the tubes now!

Please fix or reset my account or whatever it takes so that I can log back on again...

Locked zones can occur to prevent data losses and/or corruption.
The next server maintenance which will be held next Tuesday will fix the issue.
