UI Bug Report: Sound Effects Mouse Over Appears When Avatar Menu Not Expanded

When the Avatar options menu is not expanded the toggle for sound effects appears when the mouse is hovered over the bottom graphic.
See attached screen shot; Manually added arrow via Paint to show where to hover mouse.

Browser: Google Chrome 39.0.2171.65 m
Flash: 15.0.0.223
Processor: AMD A10-7850K Radeon R7 3.7 GHz
RAM: 8GB
Drive: Kingston SV300S37A 120GB SSD
Screen resolution: 1920 x 1200 with browser 100% vertical and 67% horizontal [not full size, not full screen]

Anything else to report?

Bug doesn't affect game play in in manner so a "works for me" or "unable to replicate" resolution is probably as far as this needs to go.

I made it work for me. Comes up when arrow just below "full screen" view.
