How long is this Friend Request Cooldown time? I keep trying to finish this quest to add a friend, and I can't add my friend because it keeps telling me I have to wait for the Cooldown to pass.
How long is this Friend Request Cooldown time? I keep trying to finish this quest to add a friend, and I can't add my friend because it keeps telling me I have to wait for the Cooldown to pass.
The cool-down for friend requests is 24 hours, same as for guild invitations.
