    Gem Pit

    I saw in the Architect section of the Market there is a building offered for purchase that is named "Gem Pit". Apparently this construct is generating Gems. How does it work? What is its speed? What resources does it need? Is it temporary or when you have it, it will work for you forever?

    The gem pit costs 20,000 gems and generates 40,000 gems over the course of one year, so it basically produces double the original investment. There are no resources required, and it will expire once depleted.

    the speed is 13.9 minute (plus travel time) per gem. They can not be moved once place as a warning.
