Mine is pulling from all the settlers I had starred, so now my 10 schools are useless. I swear, does BB test any of this shite?

How are you accepting the adventure loot? If there are settlers being given in the adventure loot, sending it right to your storage has been reported to sent the people to your active population as well.

I think I have accepted loot both to storage and to star but my population has been stuck at maximum for at least two days now.
