Server Zone Crash

Did you notice some players might not be online, since the new combat system/pvp has come. There is a new glitch "Server Zone Crash". If you are one of the selected individuals to experience this you are unable to access the game. Your friends also cannot access your island; they are unable to assist you with buffs and the like while you sit in limbo. I wrote a letter to support and I was told, they will fix this on the next maintenance. How kind of them. Therefore, for me, that means a week off the game with my island running unbuffed, crashed mines and resources being eaten up and I do not even want to think about my gold chain that is running.

I am happy to report I was able to get back on the game last night and thank my lucky stars, this morning. BUT, I dared to use the moving tool that is free this week and.... "Server Zone Crash"

If you are one of the selected few experiencing this problem, you may want to refrain from using the "free" moving tool; it may come with a price. I would also suggest you contact support to ensure your problem is on the list to be fixed on the next weekly maintenance.
