I do like the addition of PvP, but unless you know who you're attacking it's really just like another advent. Kind of defeats the point of PvP.

idk how anyone could like the addition of this pvp. is just a resource sink- your wasting more resources(and time) you put into pvp while the reward is pitiful and there is nothing worth getting in the expedition tab in gem shop, maybe a gem shop limited item be put in expedition tab for some incentive? idk.... it sucks.

I was greatly disappointed in the loot from the only adv I have run since maintenance. Thanks to not being able to even get the game to load for 2 days and the insane lag I really haven't been able to run adv, but after seeing my loot, I'm glad, what a waste! I would really like to see weapons back, I planned my island based on how the came was played. I hit lvl 48 only a couple weeks before maintenance and have been trying to run advs that drop cannons since and now that is useless. With the current loot, it will take forever to get the granite to build the necessary change to being able to build cannons, really puts a damper on actually making it to 48. I am very disappointed with the game now.

the removal of weapons is about 3 yrs late. you have buildings that make them so go ahead and build them. it's not that hard to get a balanced island to where you make enough to support yourself in doing as many adventures as you want, ok grant it then you can't have a huge bread chain and make millions of pixels, so what.

The removal of weapons hit new players the hardest. Without extensive guild support all new players are facing a stall in their progression. Especially those who spend no or very little money on gems. Making your own Bronze swords/bows/cavalry is perhaps not such a pain, but once you start going into iron/steel production there is a huge choke point for upcoming players. The demanding requirements of resources, slow production cycles slows down terribly the game for players 26+. I have just talked to 2 of my lowbie guildies saying they are going to just hang around for a week while waiting on their lev 2-3 steel sword makers to make their SS for soldiers.

Once one of them found out about the cannon production cycle/resource demands he said he is not looking forward to this with current prices and loot. Given he had bad luck as well and got 3x salt on 3 BK advies (all loot spots offered by other guildies). Once again, mounting obstacles are making it hard for lowbies to progress. We are going to lose some people for sure.

Yep. Been saying this for quite some time now. Don't think we'll see a change until there aren't many new ppl buying gems. Doesn't really matter to me and most lvl 50's, we have all we need and more. But how are you going to keep new players interested if they can't advance in a reasonable time frame? +1 Plumz
