my wife and I have a problem with the game, she did a nords, I had LS. she killed last camp but adventure wont end, no loot no exp, box wont go away.We both put in tickets and its been 3 days,we are losing premium time. Only communication has been to acknowledge the email. Maintenance
has come and gone...still have the problem. First night if you tried to visit the island it would crash and boot you, now you can visit it.

3 days no help no real communication? if its can not be fixed tell us , we do not have that much time invested in game(since august)

the adv is nords we have done them since our 30's we are 47 and 48 now so there not new to us

Have heard of islands / accounts locking up when gens are either going to them or back from them. This happens rarely and is never good when it does. Hope support can fix your issue.

Looks like this problem is not going to go away. Email said the maintenance this morning should fix it. Nope. Tried to reply to same email to let them know it didn't fix it. Reply comes back that this was resolved, that I had to send another help ticket.

No helpful responses as of yet wondering if there ever will be. I figure the time will just run out and I will lose the nords adventure, no loot or experience.

Still no help or even sensible response, Evidently they can not fix it or are just so flooded with other problems, anyways i lost most of my premium time..
So if this evening when my wife gets home from work we will just look for a new game..

ok so after having two maintenance's extend the time, they wore out, wife and I Both lost a weeks prem the nords adv the xp and the loot. afraid to do it again.
My game was trying to get to 50. Wife chose not to quit so I am still here also some times, just because the lights on doesn't mean anyone is home

By the way if any one wants t talk to me plse send me a mail, I miss a bunch of you guys!. However even if it shows me logged in I am on another game 99.9% of the time.

lol my gold has been up and down my deeds now my gems all for no apparent reason same with troops...i just lost 4k gemss for no reason, there goes any incentive to ever buy them again.

Why contact support for help. Did that done that.They give useless advise, that you already tried on your own. I don't think they understand English. Then they just ignore when you reply to their emails.
