What do lobbyist have to do with the server physically being in France? For all the region/country servers of the game the physical location is in France. The congress is the blame for this? I don't get it..

The power company in my State was fined $50 million dollars for too many power outages, the opportunity to sell the public services comes with some responsibilities. The average internet speed in the United States is much lower than that of other developed Nations.
