provide the ability to delete any 'buff'

I'm not sure why some buffs can be deleted and others can't. For instance, Solar Flares can be deleted, yet Sandman Powder cannot. Fish platters can be deleted, but cheese sandwiches can't.

This inconsistency is bizarre, and in the case of marginal (or non-existent) usefulness like the Sandman Powder, annoying.

Please make all buffs delete-able. It would greatly reduce my loading time and reduce the aggravation of finding the buffs I want to use.

+1 on the sandman powder. I can at least get rid of everything else. These are just in the way.
