The Evildoer The hiding place

I've been having problem with the Christmas quest "The hiding place". It said I need to complete an experience adventure so I did start and complete The Dark Priests. But nothing happened. It still shows that I need to complete an experience adventure. I sent a ticket to the support a few days ago but nothing was done about it.
What's going on?
Where's support?
It's kind of too early to go on vacation...

i dont play here i am on the uk version we had same issue there when they revamped the loot etc and removed some adventures they re-categorized the adventures look for the star icon on the adventures they are the new experience ones
