Expedition bugged, preventing opening of any new adventure

Started a training expedition. Didn't finish it in 2 days time, it expired. Expedition generals have not returned, adventure is not available for cancellation. Any new adventure/expedition I try to open gives the message "Your adventure could not be started. If you have only just finished an Adventure, please wait a little before starting the next one!"

Well.. waited more than 24 hours, tried multiple times. Clearly buggy.

I've had the same issue for 10th day now, ISSUE has not been fixed.
