White Castle Not Building

Hey all,

I recently earned a White Castle through completing Stealing from the Rich. However, I'm having trouble actually building the thing. When I place it on my island, the plot of land shows up like its just waiting for a settler to come build it, but thats it. No one ever comes, construction never starts. I can send it back to my star menu, but if I rebuild it (I've tried different locations on my island just in case), same issue. The construction time remaining seems to change when I log in/out (it was at 1 min 12 seconds when I went to bed last night, and is currently at -30 seconds). It has the button to pay gems to finish construction (only wants one), but nothing happens when I click it.

Anyone have any ideas/seen this happen before?

Hey,

I've seen a couple reports about this issue.
It might be a problem with the configuration of the building, I will forward that to the developers.

In the meantime, you should submit a ticket, we will contact you as soon as possible.

I had the same problem. It took a while for them to reply to my support ticket, but they sent me a new castle that builds just fine. Now what to do with the old one that will not build and cannot be deleted. Hmm...

I am having the same problem with one that I won. I won it yesterday, Jan 29, 2015. I sent a support ticket and just have the building lot sitting there all dirt. I won the phantom White Castle from SFTR.
