hello after opening last door, received the event box containing frozen manor and arctic mine. I put the frozen manor on my island and game crashed immediately. now can not log in and on tip of the day screen before loading the island, I have been receiving the message "AN ERROR WAS DETECTED ON THIS ZONE. PLEASE TRY AGAIN." and after that returning back to home page of TSO.
asked help from support but any idea how to fix this?
Go into the Technical section of this forum. There is a couple of stickies explaining what and why this happens.
I have read wh it happens and some things to help, but my fm that I placed is not missing. it is not back in my star. I don't have the gold present again, and it is not where I placed it. Also, the christmas advent I had started just disappeared. so I am out of the presents, and the fm.
