I was wondering how many other people got noble residence instead of a frozen manor. I got he arctic mine and everything else, but not the most wanted item. I have send in a ticket already, please do the same.

Frosty winter gift
A gift box containing "the Frozen manor" and "an Arctic iron mine". This is the reward for opening all the doors of the "Christmas Calendar".

Sorry, but it says nothing about the noble residence instead.

Did you open the GiftBox - which is under Buffs in your star menu ?

@Black_Death: Same, please check your Star Menu.

The rewards come in a present that you have to open. You won't find the buildings in your Star Menu before opening it.
