Can't complete Xmas Adventure

So night before removal phase one I started an Xmas adv and created buffs:



So I go to my adventure and pull up my buffs and:



Congratulations! You've been stuck here since Friday!

What happens to the Christmas Adventure buffs in my Star Menu?
The buffs can still be used to play the Adventures.

While I am grateful for your reply, I have to work during the day (wanted to do these during the weekend) and I've also been frozen from doing anything for 4 days now. I think that deserves something more than "we're fixing it". No disrespect intended or implied.

Not yet pelexyz supposed to be fixed after the upcoming maintenance tomorrow.

if its fixed w/ maint - then you wont be able to USE the present reward - as from what i understand the merchant section for xmas will be gone w/ maint also.

The Christmas shop category will be disabled on Thursday 15th, early in the morning.

All went well today BB_Endesmor and customer support did let me know that those experiencing this problem will be compensated for their trouble so all is well.
