Angry WT more common than follow-up adventures?

According to the data from the German servers (http://diekampfkatze.at/atbelohnung.html), the chances of receiving a RBN, ML, or Old Friends is 1.5%. The chance of receiving a WT or an Angel Gate is 2%. BB, how can you possibly justify making the chances of a follow-up adventure less than the chances of receiving a WT or Angel Gate? The adventure will be used once, then it's gone. The WT is the second-best population building in the game and never goes away once it is placed, while Angel Gates are one of the most sought-after buildings in the game.

IN WHAT WORLD DOES THIS MAKE SENSE?

Yes, RB and SE are "epic" adventures, while BN, IotP, and WotS are far less epic, but it honestly doesn't take any additional effort for me to run a RB than it does a BN. Not that I run BN any longer since I have not received one single RBN drop since the loot change.

This is just another instance of very poor foresight and planning prior to the loot rebalancing. One of a long string of things that really makes it look like you are really trying to kill this game, and doing a darn good job of it.

Adventure drop rates need to be raised dramatically, probably 10x more often than they currently drop. I would say that anywhere between 10 to 20% would be acceptable, but right now it's just pathetic.

more WT = more pop. Sounds like it's good loot.
Still around from time to time.

I agree, 1.5% chance for a follow up adventure is just... well honestly crap. 10% would be decent. Still would justify actually doing BN...

BB seems to be on the quest to make this game harder and harder and that is not the way to go. Easy and fun with optional challenges - that is what works well in mmo market.

Um... I'm confused. Was that post in support of or in opposition to my original post? WT is, in fact, most excellent loot, and I don't recall saying that it wasn't. That was the point of my original post. WT and angel gate, both being "good loot," should NOT drop more often than a follow-up adventure.

100% agree Plumz. Not only are they on a quest to make the game harder and harder, they also seem to be on a quest to make it more frustrating and less fun. Just the other day, a friend pointed out that SA can no longer be bought for map frags, but must now be bought with gems. She only wanted to run it for some star coins, but I used this adventure very heavily until I made 50. WTG BB!!! You have sooooo many new subscribers that you should definitely make it harder for people to level!

Add in taking away follow-up adventure drops as well as taking IotP and Dark Priests out of the merchant, and your war on newer players is clearly well underway. (And yes, I know IotP is in the guild market, but this isn't particularly good for newer players.)

Once again, 100% agree. Obtaining follow-up adventures is not at all fun or easy now. I rather enjoyed running BN when I knew I was going to get a RBN drop about 20% of the time. Now it's just a completely useless adventure.

Think they finally realized RBNs are more "end game" than WTs and Angel Gates

For over half my guild the new "end" game is to find a new game.

Ornias- does half of your guild have FMs as their only pop building? maxxed skilled trees for all their explorers? lvl5 expert weaponchains?

Snack, I know that a maxed out island is your thing. I really don't care if I have an island full of FM's and all my skill trees are maxed. Mine aren't and never will be because it doesn't matter to me. I'd just like to have a game at least as playable as it was before they decided to "improve" it, and I'd like to be able to pick up a follow-up adventure more than once every hundred tries (assuming I was still trying, which I'm not).

If maxing your island and playing TO is your thing (and you were a guildie for a while, so I know it is ), then the state of advs and follow-ups probably doesn't matter a whole lot to you, other than the decreasing population. For me, all the screwed up stuff is game-breaking and I'm about ready to pack up and move on. The rest of my guild has, might as well follow them.
