Level Up

I recently acquired the required xp to level up from level 43 to level 44. I now have over 754,000 xp and still have not seen my level change. I also should have received 500 gold coins, 200 gems and the ability to build a carpenter. I ultimately was able to build a carpenter but did not receive the gold coins or gems and my level did not change. Why might this be and can it be resolved? Thank you for your time

Did you try refreshing your browser, Kronos?
Also, check your mail for the loot?
If all else fails, send in a support ticket.
