Error detected in this zone... over 12 hours now. I need help!

Everytime I try loading my game I get an 'Error detected in this zone, please try again'. I have tried for over 12 hours now and still get the same thing. I've cleared my browser cache, history, cookies, etc. Same thing. I tried contacting support and am told my email address has not been activated, but it has been.

Before this happened I had 2 hardwood sawmills and on my last successful login one of them was missing. I rebuilt another on top of where the one went missing. I don't know if this has anything to do with the crashed zone or not. I would appreciate someone helping me fix the zone error so that I can play!

That might have something to do with the zone error. Some of these errors will eventually disappear after a while.
If you're still experiencing this issue after today's maintenance, please send me a private message and I will see what I can do.

Did you ever get a response or fix to this? I started having this error at 3 a.m. 3/27/2015 and it still on going and I am on premium too. Thanks for any assistance

I also have this problem it has been over 72 hours and the thing still says "Server zone crashed" when I open the game.
