Bravo to BB. They have done a courageous thing. The ability to trade in old event items during the summer is a great compromise to the out of control inflation that was occurring. Just think, ppl were paying up to 200c per EGG. that is an inflation rate of %1000. This is a better alternative and should calm down the crazy market. Also, I want to say that these events are really a gas. We get free items, cool thnks and mostly for nothing. Thanks for the game.

Yea, they whinge a lot new players... I started in May 2012, we had it tough, NO XP from PREM. we spent almost a year and a half lvling up, and the new trade tab, they have no idea how great they really have it, and weapons, we had to build that in the beginning cause you didnt get that many from loot. Thank you BB for the changes you have made to the easter advent. It makes it a lot easier now for lower lvl players to obtain the vet gen and the mma. Not sure though what I'm going to do with last years eggs that I raced around sending myself broke and a mates game broke to get them all.. But hey at least the changes are made now.. And lower lvl players and newer players need to understand that the Christmas advent of 2013"" many of us spent a lot of our REAL MONEY purchasing GEMS to buy the christmas gifts that contained the Frozen Manors, Witch Towers, New Improved Store houses, Pirate Residences, Christmas trees and Rabbits.. Nothinjg was handed to us, we CC the game that year and most year we do the same for every advent. Remember though, we also help out lower lvl players. And we have worked very hard to lvl to 50. We never did it easy ever. They didn't introduce Prem time until after I lvled to 50. You have no idea how easy you have it.

Well I guess that all depends on what sort of offers we see in the summerBut I'm assuming that most of the people who went out and spent all these resources on obtaining old eggs are not going to wait 3-4 months to get their mma when one is available in new egg market. And it would definitely seem like a smart plan to get one while available since I'm sure the summer event is subject to change
As for this I hope you are seeing something I'm not. I've seen nothing suggesting this move will also raise the limit on MMA's. It appears it will make it easier for new players to get a mma because new eggs are easier to obtain then old eggs. But those of us who already bought a mma for eggs would not be eligible to buy another. If you have seen different information then please share

i think BB has made it clear that they are not going to just remove our old event items without us being able to get something for them.... will the items we are able to buy with our old event items be any good? idk prob not- id guess just the unlimited items in the past event shops will be available to trade in but I have faith we will be able to get something for them, I really hope so, I have well over 100k event items in my storage :/
The Powers That Be should gift everyone an extra MMA, 10 frozen manors, and a gem pit to stifle all this confusion, wailing, and gnashing of teeth. With this small token of appreciation, we would know you really cared...

I tried test server and actually I like the whole event. and the items up for eggs,
tho i would add it would be nice if at level 50 you could get more things with star coins, like event items :-)
Awesome, assuming I can correctly interpret this as meaning that new stripy egged purchases are not limited by old purchases. Another MMA makes the event for me.
BB listened. I can already tell there is much ruckus based on the increase in thread length since this morning.
Not sure if I feel sorry for the people who spent 100+ coins per egg. Hoarders, start your sales before people realize what's happening.
I await my free MMA, 10 frozen manors, and gem pit. Please.
