Feedback - Sneak Peek: Easter Event 2015

People who sold the old eggs for high prices are not to blame here, they were just doing what comes natural and in my opinion, BB should have known this would happen. I think maybe some "sneak peeks" are better left un-peeked since obviously they aren't given much thought before they are thrown out there to cause a panic. I am glad i held off on buying the crazy priced eggs. I had a feeling they would have to change it, just wish they would have done so sooner, like 5 minutes after they posted that sneak peek would have been good. Can't wait to see what the next kick to this hornet's nest will cause... I invite all to hide with me in the corner until the event actually goes live and then... ATTACK!!!

Well I guess that all depends on what sort of offers we see in the summer But I'm assuming that most of the people who went out and spent all these resources on obtaining old eggs are not going to wait 3-4 months to get their mma when one is available in new egg market. And it would definitely seem like a smart plan to get one while available since I'm sure the summer event is subject to change So unless the limits on these gens are raised in the summer it seems likely that buying those eggs was still a huge waste. I'm not negatively effected by this change either way. And I'm happy more people will have an opportunity to get MMA. But I still maintain it would be a much better solution to keep the old egg merchant around as originally stated and just add mma to new egg merchant. This would easily solve both problems.



As for this I hope you are seeing something I'm not. I've seen nothing suggesting this move will also raise the limit on MMA's. It appears it will make it easier for new players to get a mma because new eggs are easier to obtain then old eggs. But those of us who already bought a mma for eggs would not be eligible to buy another. If you have seen different information then please share

Believing we are going to get a shot at another MOMA is a good way to be upset in a few weeks. There is a Rarity Provisions House in the shop that I cannot buy because I bought it before. The official post is pretty vague, so I will believe what I see on the 17th.

That's my concern as well. Do stripy eggs come with a new limit of 1, regardless, or is anyone who bought before out of luck? I did not get a particularly clear answer either way from that sneak peak update. Generally with specialists, whatever you have bought before, you can buy again the next time, without any sort of lifetime cap.

I'm very hopeful that it's back to the way the Easter event was supposed to be with everybody being able to get items from this year's shop regardless of what you've received in the past. Now just put the Experienced Explorer back in and it will be perfect. Thanks for listening BB and happy Easter

This year will be the last year to use spotted Easter Eggs. After this year's event, we will be deleting all eggs left on the server. If you have Easter eggs in storage from previous events, this year will be the last year to use them, or lose them! If you missed last year's event or are a new settler and were unable to get the MMA in last year's shop, it will be available again this year. If you already have your MMA from the previous event, the Legendary Veteran is new and available to you and all players as well as many other great items! We have new items and suprises in store to make this the best Easter event ever! So, just as a reminder, the day after this year's event, all eggs will be deleted from the servers - use them up for great Easter items!

all this means is that this years event currency will be in short supply, meaning new and old players will need them to buy stuff, so for all of those that cried about old egg prices good luck on buying new ones. seeing everyone will need/want them. either way old players will have an advantage simply by having more stuff/explorers/troops to gather more eggs and resources to buy them. as the saying goes whiners gonna whine...or was that haters get the two confused

So here's my question if there is going to be a new event resource every time. If I'm unable to use/sell all of them, what then? Do they get deleted? Is this trade-in event an annual thing? Is the provision house going to be made useful again and allow us to create buffs or convert them into coins or something?
