The General was defeated

I have the general was defeated quest and am unable to complete it.

It says there should be a medipack in my star menu but there isn't

one other in my guild says he has had the same problem for quite a while now

You can create a medipack in your Provision House, on the first tab (underneath the fish platter).

that is for the marshal Droidhad. the quest is for the generals.
