that is twice I have seen a gem purchase error. I think I am seeing a pattern Endesmor.

I have been in contact with Rixty & the Settlers game support staff since 2/11/15 and as of this morning the 4800 gems haven't been added to my game nor has the $24.99 been returned to my Rixty account. Furthermore, all of my mines I needed to refill have been depleted.

If you are a player concerned with profit margins, you should not be using gems to buy deposits. You would make more value by buying items like Improved StoreHouses or FishFarms and then selling/trading them for deposits (or go straight for the ore) (you will get much more out of your gems if you are willing to spend a little time trading them, but i assure you it will be worth it). Then again they are your gems (when you get them) and of course you can do whatever you like with them.
