it means the geologist you used has books in the skill tree in copper mine skills- either fast copper mine, bigger deposit or it gave u ore when u found it- when u scroll over the building it should say "Affecting Skills-" and have a list of skill(s) that is on/affecting that building

it usually means a larger amount in the mine, or copper that can be mined faster, depending on the geologist skills.
Thanks! Doesn't say anything when I hover my mouse over it though. Its just a big deposit, I guess
All searches are 20% faster for the next however long, so if you don't have any books invested yet (I wouldn't, unless you have a jolly geologist), that would be the cause.
