I sent a regular general to an adventure with 50 xbow men and when they arrived they weren't on the general and some other random troops. I thought I was going crazy and might have sent an empty general but when I look at my total xbow men I am missing 50 of them. Not sure what happened. I tried reloading the game but they were still gone. I am now having to rebuild those to finish my Nords.
I also lost 100 xbow men doing blocks to lag the other day
