Fountain decorations

Some of the fountains are very well made, and obviously meant to be decorative as well as functional. The issue is artesian well for example is decoration expensive, yet if I sleep it, the Zzzzzs above it ruin it as a decoration otherwise making it that I have to keep paying gems to keep it as a decoration. Also, once set down, there is no moving it, just like any well, which is a pain when decorating. Please just make a separate decorative only one or give the ability to the regular fountain to become decorative only (no need to sleep it, and can move it like a decoration).

Also, so I don't make a separate post, roads should not be covered by dirt patches. Roads are built on top and should show as on top:

+1 on both ideas. The fact that roads are "beneath" the dirt patches is convoluted to me.

Decos are part of the game and have a separate merchant tab for the category on par with say...adventures or expeditions.
I get they seem trivial to you, but just cause one prefers economy aspect, or one prefers adventures and expeditions over everything else, doesn't mean one's issues are actually more important.
In other words, enjoy whatever you like, but don't crap on other people's suggestions just they don't match your concerns.
I would maybe feel different if you found a fault with my suggestion, something better that could be done with it or maybe some functional advantage to it.
